ABS 3D printing service

ABS is a tough engineering plastic that holds its shape at higher temperatures than PLA or PETG. It is a good fit for parts near motors, electronics, or anywhere that gets warm.

What ABS is good for

  • Automotive interior parts
  • Housings for electronics
  • Functional parts that see heat
  • Parts you plan to sand or vapor smooth

ABS properties

  • Heat tolerance to roughly 95–100 °C
  • Tough and impact resistant
  • Sands and post-processes well

Things to consider

  • Not UV stable; choose ASA for parts that live outdoors
  • Large flat parts are more prone to warping than in PLA or PETG

How ordering ABS prints works

Upload an STL or 3MF and choose ABS and a color. We check the model for thin walls and unsupported overhangs, slice it against the profile of a real printer that has ABS loaded, and price it from that machine. The operator prints it, checks the part, and ships it to your door with tracking.

  • Layer height 0.08 – 0.28 mm
  • Parts up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm
  • No minimum order: one part is fine
