PETG 3D printing service

PETG is the workhorse for functional parts. It is tougher and more heat tolerant than PLA, handles moisture and many household chemicals, and flexes a little before it breaks instead of snapping.

What PETG is good for

  • Brackets, mounts, and mechanical parts
  • Parts exposed to water or humidity
  • Snap fits and parts that need some give
  • Outdoor parts that stay out of long direct sun

PETG properties

  • Good impact resistance and layer adhesion
  • Heat tolerance to roughly 70–80 °C
  • Resists moisture and many common chemicals

Things to consider

  • Slightly less crisp detail than PLA
  • Degrades over years of UV exposure; ASA is better for permanent outdoor use

How ordering PETG prints works

Upload an STL or 3MF and choose PETG and a color. We check the model for thin walls and unsupported overhangs, slice it against the profile of a real printer that has PETG loaded, and price it from that machine. The operator prints it, checks the part, and ships it to your door with tracking.

  • Layer height 0.08 – 0.28 mm
  • Parts up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm
  • No minimum order: one part is fine
