TPU 3D printing service

TPU is a flexible, rubber-like filament. It bends, compresses, and springs back, and it is very hard to tear, which makes it the choice for anything that needs grip, cushioning, or a seal.

What TPU is good for

  • Gaskets, seals, and bumpers
  • Phone cases and protective covers
  • Grips, feet, and vibration dampers
  • Living hinges and flexible straps

TPU properties

  • Flexible and elastic
  • Excellent abrasion and tear resistance
  • Absorbs impact and vibration

Things to consider

  • Prints slower than rigid materials, which affects lead time
  • Fine detail and sharp overhangs are harder to hold

How ordering TPU prints works

Upload an STL or 3MF and choose TPU and a color. We check the model for thin walls and unsupported overhangs, slice it against the profile of a real printer that has TPU loaded, and price it from that machine. The operator prints it, checks the part, and ships it to your door with tracking.

  • Layer height 0.08 – 0.28 mm
  • Parts up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm
  • No minimum order: one part is fine
